Get ready for some shocking news. Crafters can be hoarders. We often find really cute stickers or papers and hoard them, waiting for the perfect event to use it and then the event never comes or when it does, the product just isn’t right anymore. Hence we tend to have a collection of “outdated” supplies.
I want to make sure to state, there’s not necessarily anything WRONG with these items. They just might be an older style you don’t find as appealing anymore or again, the topics aren’t something you want to continue to hoard. Exhibit A:

This is a photo sticker set of wine bottles. While it’s not a style I would necessarily include in my scrapbooks right now, it is the perfect design to beef up my much needed stock of birthday and celebration cards! And who doesn’t love a handmade card?
I went ahead and dug through my scrap paper stash to find pieces that fit in the green/pink/yellow Zinfandel design
and brown/orange/red hues for the Merlot design.
After a little labeled design with a stamp, my “outdated” photo stickers were back in business for another set of birthdays and celebrations this year!
And yes, apparently I had quite a few of that sticker sheet. But look, how I have 8 new cards to send to celebrating family and friends! I challenge to go through your hoarded supply (we all know you have one) and put your stickers to good use!
