I'm done with all things and green and ready for fun Easter pastels, aren't you? Well this craft unfortunately didn't turn out as expected because I forgot how much toddlers love to mix colors. Supplies: Large paper roll Contact paper roll Finger paint Scissors First, draw a paint outline of an egg shape on a piece of paper. Winter Sticky Wall Contact Paper Activity for Toddlers

With a season full of lots of time indoors due to cold weather, consider breaking out the Contact paper and put together a sticky wall activity loved by toddlers of all ages! This past December our Elf on the Shelf brought us an activity to entertain our girls after naptime. The supplies included: Contact Paper Painter's Tape Miscellaneous materials - in our case, our elf included tissue paper, construction paper scraps, foam snowflake stickers, and a few doilies to act as big snowflakes. While Brielle has had her fair share of experiences in contact paper sticky wall activities , this was Hailey's first! As the older sister, Brielle became the teacher, showing Hailey how you can touch your hand to the wall and it sticks. Watermelon Contact Paper Kids Craft

Brielle had so much fun with her paper plate fish craft recently and asked to do more. When Gramma was due for a visit, I decided to let her help Brielle make another craft (or really was it Brielle who helped Gramma?) Together they made a fun watermelon craft for summer! First step: cut a circle out of a green paper plate. Next, peel a piece of Con-Tact Brand Privacy Film and Liner and stick it to the back of the paper plate. Love this shot below with one of them helping the other (not really sure which is which) but they both have the same facial expression. :) Press it down to make sure it's secure.
