My soon-to-be 11 year old has been getting invited to a few summer birthday parties lately and while I do know these kids and could guess on some items they might like, it’s also just easier to gift a gift card right? But since I’m extra and can’t simply gift a gift card alone, here’s my current go to take on a summer tween birthday gift idea we’ve gifted a few friends.
Everyone loves a new cute towel for the beach or pool so I found this Turkish towel with an adorable summer themed fabric travel bag. It’s so soft and lightweight, perfect to throw in a bag for the summer. My girls have a similar one that they were gifted for their birthday last year so I knew it would be a hit with this crowd.
Along with the towel is a pair of claw clips as you can never had too may of them! I found this cute set at Target which included a few dangly beads on the end of the pink one. Both my tween girls were excited to see it gifted for their friends so it got the tween approval!
I designed this “Hope Your Birthday is absolutely sunsational!” gift card holder with a cute sun icon and room to add a gift card to a local treat shop. Two 5×7″ gift card holders come to a sheet so I printed one set and was ready for the two birthdays they attended this June.
What tween wouldn’t love this summer fun themed gift for their birthday?!
