I’m super happy to announce my FIFTH year partnering with the The New Jersey Lottery to share easy gifting ideas for their lottery scratch off tickets. Their size may be small making them super giftable, but their games produce big fun for the holidays!
This year, New Jersey Lottery is introducing 4 new Holiday Scratch-Offs ($1, $2, $5 Happy Holidays, and $10 $1,00,000 Spectacular) that are easy to grab at your local retailers, like 7-11 or Wawa. Everyone loves to play the games right when they get them, especially when they know there’s a possibility of a big payout!
Instead of just taping a lottery ticket to the front of a gift, I designed these printable lottery ticket huggers to hold your $1 lottery tickets that act like a card and gift tag in one! Lottery Tickets make the perfect gift for teachers, bus drivers, coworkers, parents or any adult on your holiday gift list!
First, print your lottery ticket hugger on cardstock and cut out the shape with scissors. Make slits along the dotted lines on their belly using a craft knife.
Slide your $1 lottery tickets into the printable hugger. Fold over the arms and adhere to each other using a glue stick on the arms. Add the hugger message on front and personalize with a pen on the front, if you choose. You can find all these printables in the Christmas section of my etsy shop.
The Santa Lottery Ticket Hugger includes a “Merry Christmas” message on the front which is perfect for the Christmas holiday season.
The Polar Bear Lottery Ticket Hugger includes a “Wishing you BEARY good luck” message if you want to go a more holiday neutral route.
