I just LOVE creating these printable gift basket kits! It’s so fun coming up with little puns, sayings and icons that pair well with gifts that fit the occasion. Since retirement is such a huge milestone in a person’s career, it only made sense to put one together for this theme.

You can easily see that these tags include some messaging that can hint to a gift theme but there’s plenty of room for interpretation! “You deserve a break” is in the red/brown coloring that obviously pairs well with Kit Kat candies, “Onto a new chapter” is a great opportunity to gift a book, and “It’s 5-oclock everywhere” tag that obviously is great for an alcoholic drink but it can be whatever one you want.
Tags like “Kick your feet up” can pair with a pedicure kit, new comfy socks and a gift certificate for a nail salon. “World’s longest coffee break” can pair with their favorite coffee, coffee pods or a fancy new coffee mug. “Treat yourself” can be any cookie brand they love and “Onto a new chapter” can be a new thriller book or one about a vacation destination they plan to take after retirement!
Cut out the “No Work Zone. Happy retirement!” tag and put on the front of the gift basket to complete the theme.
