Yep, they’re just as rich sounded as that long title describes. A coworker made a similar snack for a birthday at work and after searching Pinterest, I found the ingredients here at Sugar Bean Baker’s blog. She calls them “buckeye bites” due to her Ohio roots, but I’ll go with the very obvious description of Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites.
The peanut butter mix is pretty much the consistency of the inside of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup so while delicious, you can’t eat too many back to back. I recently made them for a holiday party we attended and plan to make them again for 2 celebrations over Christmas, just days away!
