When my daughter’s 10u all star softball team won districts, then sections, then states, we learned there would be a pin trading element to the regional tournament where they’d be able to exchange pins with other states.

During tournament down time, these athletes were able to trade their state pin with others states (and those who didn’t have pins traded those trendy decorated clips!) It was an easy way for everyone to keep their collections together and rock their bling at the same time.
Spoiler alert, this team ended up winning both the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Regional divisions, the highest level you can go to in 10u softball! We are SO proud of all this team did, as they’ve been working together as a team for three years to get to this milestone!
