Finishing school is a big milestone and one to be celebrated! Every summer I gift my kids a last day of school gift basket and often draft up a bucket list of activities for us to complete in the months ahead. Check out the 2023 Summer Bucket List and what I included in their basket.

The last day of school is almost here and we love to celebrate it with some goodies to be used in the summer months! Here’s what I gift them in last year’s “basket” that was gifted inside a sand bucket:
And here’s what I included in this year’s basket:
Last Day of School Basket
- Wiffle Ball Bat and Extra Balls – a safer way for them to practice their batting skills in the backyard
- New Sneakers – We get them new pairs about 3 times a year since, besides cleats, they are the only thing they really wear year round!
- Beach Towels
- Maxi style patriotic dresses
- Beach cover up
- Water balloons
- T-shirt for the middle school my oldest will be entering this fall
I love to gift it up in a basket look to make it more “present” like to open after school!
