I’m always happy to answer questions people leave about the brands of products I’ve used or to clarify a technique as they are planning to recreate something I’ve shown at Spotofteadesigns.com at their home or for a party. Sometimes these readers come back to share their beautiful creations and I would love to see more!
I’m so excited for today’s post as it’s one I’ve wanted to do for that few years! It is meant to share some projects and items that were inspired by content seen on Spot of Tea Designs which has been submitted by followers!
SOTD Contributor, Allie, was inspired by my “Hugs” card seen on my Pink and Gold Use Your Stash Challenge to make her own hugs card, complete with a similar gold metal label holder!
Multi time guest poster Sara has shared lots of creative projects around her granddaughter Harlow. This summer, Harlow and two of her cousins spent some crafty time together when creating a popscicle stick garland of their very own after seeing Brielle’s version hung in our home!
Here’s an example of how a Handmade With Love feature inspired another handmade artist! Guest poster Nicole loved Elizabeth’s fabric letter gift she gave Brielle so much that she worked to make a set (or 2 or lots) for her kids and as gifts for friends!
CUSTOM WORK FEATURES
Besides reader’s feature items, I also wanted to include some custom work I did for people who found me through their blog and wanted my designs recreated for them.
I never got around to sharing this last year so I’m happy to share it now! Laurie contacted me to edit my “Hitched” design which I used for the koozie favors for my wedding to make a version for her wedding to Tom! She sent me this photo (which I can only assume is from their honeymoon) on how cute the koozies looked in her colors of pink and grey!
In August I was contacted by excited January 2016 bride-to-be Rebecca who was interested in having my destination table numbers recreated for her big day. She gave me the list of places and I custom made her crafted table numbers for all 23 tables in her coral and gold color palette. I can’t wait to see photos of these in action on her wedding day!
Please email me or tag me on social media if there’s an interest in any designs seen on my blog custom made for your big day or you want to submit a project you created which was inspired by a Spotofteadesigns.com post for a future Reader’s Feature!
