During the start of the pandemic we started a Friday night tradition to bake a semi homemade pizza dinner and enjoy a family movie nights. Over a year later, we’re still keeping that tradition going! In doing this week after week, Derek soon realized he needed to upgrade his pizza making tools.
We were buying frozen dough at Shoprite, since we were limiting our grocery store runs, and didn’t eat take out for the first three months. To make it extra crispy he learned the trick about putting his new pizza stone in the oven and heated it up to 500 degrees before taking it out to lay the topping filled dough on top. This gave it a crispy edge and not uncooked underneath.
To slice it up he added this handheld pizza wheel cutter (not pictured above) and this non stick pizza cutter that you rock back and forth with two hands to his collection of pizza making goodies.
