Grab your Cricut machine, some heat transfer vinyl and put together these personalized field hockey bows for a team using the free svg cut file inside.

I’m happy to report that both my middle school daughters made the school field hockey team this season so it’s been fun to see them both on the field together. Since my oldest is in 8th grade, I invited her and her teammates to come over to make a little wearable gift for the rest of the team in the form of personalized Field Hockey Bows.
You might remember that this idea isn’t new, as just a few months back we made these personalized bows for their all star softball team so it we knew what it took to put together this adorable and affordable gift for the team and since there were many of cross over kids, I knew they’d like to rock them with their teammates.
Personalized Field Hockey Team Bows Supplies:
- Big Black Bows (16 ct and comes in lots of other colors!)
- White Heat Transfer Vinyl
- Cricut Maker
- Cricut Basic Tools
- Cricut Brayer
- Cricut Easy Press
- Teflon Sheet (cover sheet for ironing)
- Field Hockey Sticks SVG
First, break out your Cricut and cut the field hockey sticks and their jersey numbers from white vinyl. Don’t forget to mirror the image in Cricut Design Space before you send it to cut!
Next, break out your heat press machine and iron the tails of the bows a bit. Some got a little squished up in the bow from transport but flattened out easily with a little heat.
Lay the weeded field hockey stick design on the tail, cover with a teflon sheet to protect it and use your heat press to adhere the design. Peel the cover sheet and repeat on the other tail with the jersey number design.
Voila! These field hockey bows are ready for the big game! The six 13 year olds I had over to make them did great to put them together for the teammates.
To wear, just use the attached hair tie to add them to your pony tail and rock these personalized field hockey bows on the grass or the turf!
