Those who know me in real life or are longtime followers will know these two things: I love coupons/discounts/freebies and I love Shutterfly and Tiny Prints to print our family’s holiday cards and important announcements. Lucky for me, during the holiday season both these loves come together!
In early November, our good friend Jamie came over with her ADORABLE 6 month old daughter (and hubby – Hi Mark!) to take some family photos in the backyard for use on this year’s cards. She got some great shots from the short, chilly session which I couldn’t wait to add to our annual photo cards and holiday gifts.
My inbox was full this season with offers for free holiday cards, ornaments, notepads, shopping bags and calendar from these two great sites. And when I needed more than I was offered, I cashed in the points I’d been hoarding all year long from my favorite rewards programs. The Idyllic Wreath Stationery Card met my love of the good old monogram with a soft woodgrain look. I personalized the back to add in all the funny photos we took with big smiles or silly laughs.
The Bright Sparkling Frame Photo Card was the perfect color combo to match our black/white/red color palette with a subtle sparkle with the silver frame.
The Merry Hollyday Card allowed for my favorite photo to shine with a pretty red, white and kraft color palette. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
And for those itching to see how this year’s photo with Santa went…
