Spot of Tea Designs

A new look for Spotofteadesigns.com

in Blogger

If you read my blog posts through Bloglovin’ or by the emails sent direct to your mailbox then you might not have noticed a big change that happened a little over a week ago.  (PS Thank you for following me!)

My blog got a bit of a facelift!

For those unfamiliar, this is what my blog looked like back in December:

I used to have this green color palette, the colors first used when I designed my brand four years ago. I thought “tea leaves are green” so that’s the approach I took over the last few years. I was lucky to enough to have made some visual updates to my design style last year with the great team at Pauselius when I went the self hosted route!

Two weeks ago I teamed up with this great pair to push forth another update I had been dreaming about making and working on for a while now! My brand now has a more modern color palette and design which looks something like this:

You’ll find all my blog topics, Free Printables and my list of affiliate connections up at the top header. (Thank you again for supporting my affiliates of whom I completely stand by!)

My social media buttons are now not only at the bottom of every post, but high and proud at the top header of my blog!

Otherwise, there are just some visual tweaks that make this clean lined graphic design lover happy and it feels good to kick off a new year with a fresh new color palette to boot!

If you want to see it in action for yourself, make sure to visit my homepage on your desktop computer and take a look see! Leave me a comment and tell me what you think!
