My oldest recently moved up to 14u travel softball and moved to a new team with new colors. Well you know this mom needed to create some new DIY wearables and I felt so lucky to have received a sample package from Siser with new color offerings from their Brick 600 line!

This is not my first rodeo crafting with this Brick 600 vinyl. I’ve previously shared a post with all my first hand experience with this dimensional adhesive. Despite it’s 600 microns thickness, this vinyl still cuts on a normal iron on vinyl setting on my Cricut, weeds beautifully like all Siser vinyls and presses well to your fabric surfaces.

This new limited edition release of their Brick 600 line extension includes Pearl Blue, Pearl Pink and Pearl White.

Since it’s not recommended to layer this vinyl, I thought it would look great with a knock out method surrounding my favorite Siser glitter HTV.

My girl is #21 (a special birthday in our house since they were both born on the same day) so I went with one of those fun softball cheers they yell when she’s up at bat. Hence 21 to the sun was born and weeded beautifully with these complimentary heat press vinyls.

I continue to be obsessed with my Auto Heat Press 2 with it’s large heat plate. The modes of this machine were set up perfectly for a craft like this! Mode 1 was used to press the Pearl Brick 600 layer then mode 2 was used with slightly different settings to press the red glitter heat press vinyl.

Tip: the Siser Brick 600 vinyl does NOT have a sticky carrier sheet like you expect with other heat press vinyl materials. You will likely need heat tape on the corners to help hold the vinyl down before you press with whatever heat press machine you choose.

Look at that sparkle of glitter and dimensional lift in the Pearl White Brick 600! I love this mix and how it really gives a dynamic look to my new team spirit gear!

I’ve worn this sweatshirt (btw it’s viral Hobby Lobby mockneck) to two tournament days so far and it’s even gone through 2 rounds of a wash and air dry and still looks brandy new!
So if you’re looking for something that’s a little more unique than the traditional Easy Press vinyl crafts, consider giving some of the new Pearl Brick 600 vinyl styles a try!
