Now that the spring softball and baseball season is winding down, it’s time to start thinking about all the hard work and time the coach put in during the season. Here’s a recap featuring some past gift ideas I’ve gifted for our softball coach as a group present, or things I’ve designed for the baseball families.

My oldest has been playing softball for the past few years so we’ve had a lot of coaches, both male and female. We start to learn the interests and preferences for these leaders, but we also sometimes create some generic coach gifts that everyone would love!
Give them a chance to win! These baseball “Hope you strike it rich” lottery ticket holders are an easy way to gift them a scratch off lottery ticket. Use them as a centerpiece for a large basket, like I did above, and surround it with more lottery tickets games!
Give them a place to sit! These DIY Coach Buckets are great for any coach looking for a spot to sit in the dugout. This soft swivel seat lid is nice a cushy top you can add to a Home Depot bucket which you can personalize with outdoor waterproof vinyl.
Make a sentimental gift! Frame a photo of the team and have everyone sign around the mat so you can remember their little handwriting too!
Dress up their drink holder! Grab this SVG cut file to create this Coach Off Duty design which can easily be made with a yellow or white ball for softball or baseball. Add to a tumbler and gift with their favorite off the field adult beverages.
Make them some gear! If you have a travel softball coach, this I’m sorry. I can’t. Travel softball. SVG cut file can be used to create sweatshirts, t-shirts or decorate a water bottle!
