Halloween is a great time to throw a party, especially when you’re of the drinking age. To help friends identify their wine glass, create Halloween wine charms for their glass using different chunky glitters and Liquid Sculpey, a liquid polymer clay.

I have never used oven baked clay, like that made by Sculpey or liquid polymer clay, like the Liquid Sculpey brand they create. So I was super psyched when I saw this jewelry mold and watched a few of their Youtube videos to see that you can make fun jewelry pieces with glitter! I have a full drawer of glitter and am always happy to use it on something that KEEPS THE GLITTER CONTAINED and that’s liquid polymer clay. I decided to use the mold to create pendants and turn them into Halloween wine charms!
DIY Halloween Wine Charms Supplies
- Liquid Sculpey
- Sculpey Oven-Safe Silicone Mold
- Glitter
- Jump rings – make sure they are big enough
- Earring Hoop
- Toothpicks
Liquid Sculpey must be baked in order to be set. First, preheat your oven to 275 degrees. Place your unfilled jewelry mold on a baking sheet and warm for 15 minutes.
Spoon glitter into mold. I used a mix of chunky glitter and fine glitters in orange, copper and purple colors.
Remove the Liquid Sculpey cap and use a toothpick to mix it up. Replace the cap and squeeze into the mold.
Use the toothpick to run the Liquid Sculpey around the post areas of the mold to make sure it’s fully filled in at the corners. Continue filling more Liquid Sculpey to fill and add more glitter on top.
Tap the mold on the table top slightly to remove any air bubbles and pop them with the toothpick, if necessary.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 275 degrees until the pieces become solid. Once cooled, pop out of the mold.
Add jump rings into the post hole and slide earring hoop though. Curl the end of the hoop with your jewelry tools to create the hook of the wine charms.
Add the wine charms around your classes and get ready for a fun Halloween party!
