DIY Halloween T-shirt | Here for the Treats

Halloween is a holiday as good as any to break out the Cricut and create a Halloween T-shirt! With the day (and let’s face it, weeks ahead) are often about Halloween themed treats and baked goodies, its time to whip up a shirt stating your true Halloween intentions. A few weeks ago, I created this “here for the treats” design which I cut and added to DIY punny trick-or-treat tote bags for Wholesale Halloween Costumes blog.

I was very happy with how these came out, especially since I used a freezer paper approach, but I thought a more colorful version would look cute for a Halloween t-shirt.

While I’ve made my fair share of DIY t-shirts this past year, I had yet to make any with layered vinyl action.

This seemed like a great time to mix the curvy, thin fonts with some chunkier outlines to make this design really stand out.
