I’m so excited to finally share my full fall mantle now sitting in my home! Like my mantle displays of the past, this is full with lots of handmade crafts, most of which cost me little to no money at all! I was able to easily use my stash to create some papercrafted elements that filled this space beautifully.

First, I’m very lucky to have this empty mantle. We don’t currently have anything staged above it in an everyday sense so it’s open to me to decorate seasonally, as task which I love!

I was able to make over some wood pumpkin shapes I spotted at the Dollar Tree.

A layered paper flower on top helped add that autumnal feel to this fall mantle.

These dried Chinese lanterns came from my mom’s garden! She gave me some of these as live plants for my garden in my last house and while they grow to create these beautiful displays for fall, they are so hard to contain! I do have an old post on how I dried them which you can read here.

I wish these birds and pumpkins were handmade my me, but no, they were just lucky finds I picked up at AC Moore (RIP) and Target last year.

Front and center you’ll find the painted acrylic frame I made using cream adhesive vinyl and Deco Art Americana paint.

I love how this pops against this leftover piece of pegboard I used for a strong neutral in this space.

One of my favorite parts of this fall mantle is this felt garland hanging underneath. I used the same technique and pieces from my DIY felt garland from last year, but took it apart to add more pops of yellow and shades of green to match the full color palette I designed for this fall mantle.
