Happy Birthday to ME! Today I turn 36 and am now 4 years away turning Forty. One year ago today I launched my 40 Before Forty list so I thought it’d be fun to see how far I’ve come and what I have planned for the next 4 years to complete these wishes, dreams and simple tasks!

Honor your friends and their ability to dress up for a theme with these DIY costume contest trophies. I previously created them for my friend's Kentucky Derby 40th birthday party using cheapy kid trophy bases, some plastic horse toys that I spray painted and a little adhesive vinyl featuring the categories. Friends got a kick out of this silly victory on the biggest horse racing day of the year.
