You might remember my youngest rocking one of my patriotic designs on a white tank top last year:
It was a bold Stars and Stripes design that she often wore all summer, usually with this patriotic tulle skirt on the bottom. Well here sister’s been asking me for one so I converted a past design into an SVG file to whipped this up for summer!

- Party in the USA SVG Cut File (get it from my shop!)
- White Tank Top
- Red Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl (I get mine from ExpressionsVinyl.com)
- Royal Blue Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl
- Cricut Weeding tools
Sure, this Party in the USA design would look great in regular blue and red heat transfer vinyl but why not make it sparkle like a firework with some glitter HTV?
