6th grade is the first year in our middle school that you’re allowed to try out for sports. This fall my my oldest decided she wanted to try a new fall sport and is giving field hockey a try. She and a few of her fellow 6th grader friends made the school’s field hockey team so our sports family has grown to a new fall sport.
With a birthday coming up for one of her teammates, I decided to convert my “In my Travel Soccer Era” svg design to create an “In my field hockey era” design we could use to make her friend a shirt!
This two piece “In my Field Hockey era” SVG cut file is made from two different parts, which are easy to make in your team colors. They are the knights with school colors of black, white and grey, which is luckily a set of vinyl colors I always have at the ready.
I made one shirt for her friend with white and a (hard to see in this photo) light grey and made a second for my daughter using glitter iron on vinyl for the solid “field hockey” layer.
