When we were expecting Hailey and knew she was a girl, I opted to keep the blue and go with a under the sea theme and adding purples, teals and light pinks. Little did I know that the little girl that slept in that room would grow up to be a toddler who’s into under the sea things and mermaids!
Hailey has always been into Ariel as a character, but never actually saw the movie until she got it this past Christmas. Needless to say it’s made her even more of a fan!
I’ve had the itch to create more DIY t-shirts for them and decided to go the Disney route. I created this design featuring a list of the mermaid sisters, as presented in the song before the concert at the beginning of the movie. If you remember, in the movie, the sisters sing their names “Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Attina, Adella, Alana” and end in Ariel’s who is not present to sing for the concert Sebastian is putting together.
My girls loved this DIY creation and I was happy to see the Cricut Iron On Lite white and purple glitter heat transfer vinyl pop on these pink shirts from Target.
You can make this Disney T-shirt for your next Disney World visit or just to wear for outdoor fun this summer. Download the free SVG cut file here and make sure you tag me if you create one for your Little Mermaid fan!
