Welcome to YET ANOTHER Group Halloween costume crafty mom Tara and I put together for 12 players and 3 coaches. I previously shared the Softball Heart Skeleton we did for her 10u1 team, I shared the DIY Zombies costume we made for our joint 12u1 team and now here’s the third of this year: Chick-Fil-A!

DIY Chick-Fil-A Halloween Costume Supplies:
- Red Shirt
- White Iron on Vinyl
- Chick-Fil-A SVG Cut File
- Red Visor
- Cricut Maker Machine
- Cricut Basic Weeding Tools
- Cricut Easy Press
- Cricut Hat Press
- Heat Tape
- Reusable Press Cloth

Grab your big roll of white iron on vinyl and get to crafting up the player and coach shirts! One of the coaches wore a black t-shirt that we personalized with the “Eat more Chikin” design using more white iron on vinyl while each of the 12 players wore red shirts with the Chick-Fil-A logo on the front and their jersey number on the back.

Chik-Fil-A workers often wear a black visor featuring the chicken logo but we found a deal on red and went with it for the color palette. We used a Cricut hat press, some heat tape and a press cloth on top to add this little accent to this piece using more white heat transfer vinyl.

To complete the look for game play, our softball players wore black softball pants, red softball socks and a white belt.

It was a comfortable set up that was easy to pair with black or white long sleeved shirts in the chilly am. Some outfield players even rocked their visors during game play!

The 2 male coaches wore cow t-shirts to compliment the players. Our female coach even rocked a pair of cow print flare leggings and a cow print visor!

These shirts had to hold up for 2 Halloween tournaments, the first of which we played in this weekend.

After day 1 of game play, we made sure to find the closest Chick-Fil-A to get celebratory milkshakes after 3 games!

This design also inspired the Trick-Fil-A Trunk or Treat theme we created for our school’s event this year!
