You’ve seen lots of wall art and a growth chart made for Miss Hailey’s Under the Sea themed room. And if you follow me on Instagram you’ve also seen a sneak peek of this project MONTHS ago when I was working on it.
I broke out my stash of Deco Art acrylic paints that I picked out for her room’s color palette and got to work on one last personalized craft – her name on the wall.
Brielle has a set that I did yarn wrapping on but MAN those took FOREVER to do!
This time I once again tried the ombre look previously created for her growth chart and tried this technique on a set of paper mache letters to hang over her crib.
They look fun and add a pop of color to a large block of blue so I’m happy how they came out!
Even happier how well the Americana paint let me do the ombre technique so easily since they blend well but also overlap colors well, if needed.
Now that we have officially transitioned Brielle into her big girl bed, Hailey now has her crib so the room is ready for a tour!
Such a happy girl!

UPDATE:
We’ve since moved from this house but the ombre letters came with us and look great in her new bedroom space!
