Lately you’ll find me drooling over those beautifully decorated homes on Pinterest and home decor blogs. They seem to have the right mix of colors, patterns and textures that seem like they were always meant to be. But I’ve really been noticing all those little touches that really make these rooms come together – books on the bookshelves, decorative bowls on tabletops, and a vase of fresh flowers.
In came Bloomsy Box who contacted me about reviewing their beautiful fresh flowers. I was game as I wanted to be just like these beautiful homes!
A few days later a white cardboard box arrived on my doorstep.
I opened it to discover my bouquet of spray roses wrapped in kraft paper, tightly secured in place. The red ribbon was a special touch. I love me some kraft paper with fresh items! It’s what I picture in a French farmer’s market or something. Which makes sense since BloomsyBox flowers are shipped from all over the world, straight from the farm!
Brielle kept asking me “why you get flowers mommy?” and I kept telling her “to make the house look pretty.”
The buds were still closed up when we first unwrapped it but after propping them in a vase and following the care instructions we waited for pretty blooms to appear.
And appear they did!
Within days this farm fresh bouquet blossomed and made my room beautiful! Brielle enjoyed smelling them in the morning and I enjoyed seeing them as I walked past the kitchen table all day.
I didn’t even know these types of things existed but Bloomsy Box actually has a fresh flower subscription service! You can arrange for a weekly, biweekly or monthly delivery of flowers and your home is always smelling great and looking beautiful.
Their flowers are all single variety bouquets instead of a mixed bouquet that may have unnecessary fillers so every stem in my particular bouquet was a spray rose.
Thank you to BloomsyBox for helping make my house look more beautiful, even if that only lasted a few days! (Meaning the flowers lasted a lot longer than my clutter free room as I have two kids under 3!).
