Now that the holiday is over and I’ve given all my presents, I think I can safely post about some of the presents I handmade! A friend “S” had given me a necklace last year that I took as inspiration to reinterpret this design with the black rose piece. I kept getting compliments on it so I made some more for my friend “A”, sister and mom for Christmas. I designed my asymetric versions using products from Jolees Jewels bought at Michaels.
Sorry for the bad photos. I still don’t have this “micro” lens option down yet. But the necklaces are made with one black rose piece and some different color pearl beads that are connected with eyepin loops.
To make it extra special, I decoupaged the tops of these mini red boxes with a musical holiday theme.
