3 Tips for an Easter Kids Table

Whether you celebrate the religious significance of Easter or are just enjoying an Easter egg hunt with family, when it comes to getting kids to sit nice at a table to eat at this holiday, the struggle is real! In scrolling through Pinterest I always see tons of cute kids table ideas but as a mom to little ones I question the setups. Glass jars make cute centerpieces they are not very kid safe. DIY table runner turned kids activity – You don’t need to spend a lot to make a cute centerpiece for this Easter kids table. Rummage through your collection of seasonal cookie cutters and pull out ones that fit the theme. Cut a piece of white paper from your paper roll and trace the cookie cutters to make a colorful table runner.

Place small Easter basket of crayons in the center of the table that the kids can use on the table runner.

Kid safe tableware – No fine China at this table! Instead, grab solid pastel plates, cups and napkins to dress up this kids table.

You can Easter-ize them by adding coordinating paper cutouts on the plates to turn them into bunnies, and a simple ribbon around the napkin to create little carrot utensil wraps for their tools.
