DIY Coordinating Family Gallery Wall

My 2016 goals included updating the family gallery wall in the living room. I’m happy to say that MONTHS later, it’s now complete and fully on display! Here’s how I did it on budget and with my handmade touch! When doing some rearranging of our living room, I found the original wall we had the gallery wall on wasn’t the best place and instead moved it over our sideboard (used for table cloths, liquor and miscellaneous kitchen overflow). In an effort to not spend a lot of money, I went through all the random frames I owned, plus shopped the clearance section of AC Moore and came up with this collection of frames for my gallery. Tip: flip the frames over to make sure they are wall hanging frames! So many I had in the original layout were only tabletop so I'm glad I looked sooner than later so I could swap them out! Creating A Family Wall Gallery with Shutterfly

After nine years of dating, we FINALLY got engaged and ten months later we were married. I was so excited to finally be a Nehil and loved to add that family element in our home. Months after we came back from our honeymoon I converted this blank wall in our living room into our Nehil Family wall, which included a "Nehil" frame gifted by my bridesmaids, a collage frame of our wedding photos and a big decorative "N". Fast forward a few months and now we were a family and not just a married couple. Brielle needed to be included on our family wall! Luckily, Shutterfly gave me the chance to make this happen.
