Yep, it’s Superbowl Sunday, the only day where everyone doesn’t fast forward through the commercials!  We’re headed to my soon to be brother and sister-in-laws to watch the big game and focus on the new commercials. We were told to bring beer, but I also saw these adorable football inspired chocolate covered strawberries on Pinterest and decided to give them a try.

Of course, they look like I made them and didn’t buy them professionally, but I’m ok with that.

I used the same tip for melting chocolate what we used when making the Chocolate Covered Pretzels and put the white chocolate in a Ziploc with the end snipped in order to pour out the design. I’m sure I’ll be made fun of when I bring them over tonight, but they’ll still eat them and like it!

It’s that time of year again… football season!

No, I didn’t go to a large, football loving college.

I don’t sit in front of  TV every Saturday to watch the latest competing teams.

I don’t think I’ve ever typed in ESPN.com on my computer.

I don’t know much about rankings and can’t even name all the Big Ten teams.

But I do enjoy going to a tailgate at a warm Penn State football weekend!

And for those Penn State students and alumni, you might enjoy this design about Blue Sapphire, the PSU baton twirler from the band!

While it has taken me a while to post about this Eat, Drink, Throw Shoes design, it is actually the first design I ever put up on Cafepress!

Our friends host a big Fourth of July bash every year and once year they asked me to design a fun logo for the bash. I went with this “Eat, Drink, Throw Shoes” design since we play a lot of the redneck sport of horsehoes on the holiday.

Originally, I printed the design on some drink coozies from customink.com and everyone enjoyed a nice favor from the party. Straggler drink coozies this design still remain at all our houses each year and it is a fun memory when on somes out for summer!

Happy Fourth of July all!

Welcome!

My name begins with a T, but I don't drink the stuff. Thanks for visiting my little world of crafts, home decorating and other creative efforts! Learn More
